Coffers or coffins

The President told his favorite interviewer that a primary aim for his post-presidential life will be to "replinish the ol' coffers" (link).

Maybe he can slice away a few moments from a hectic speech schedule to address the domestic destruction caused by soldiers who have returned home to find themselves evil shells of themselves. (A series this week from the NYT should send some light on how widespread and sad these conditions are.) The psychological care and family counseling that is necessary could be assisted by such an esteemed spokesman.
